Refund and Returns Policy

Moonstreetminoy accepts the return of your product without reason within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.

The steps are as follows:
-Contact our Customer Service Center (moonstreetminoycustomerservinc@gmail.com) to initiate a return request. Our customer service representative will arrange logistics for you to pick up the product and help you complete the return service.
-You should return the product as agreed and in the manner as per the return terms and conditions. Please make sure that the returned products and all packaging, accessories, labels, related documents and related gifts are in good condition, new and unused and do not affect secondary sales, and are in the same condition as when you received them.
-Moonstreetminoy reserves the right to refuse to accept the returned goods and refuse to issue a refund if the returned goods and packaging, labeling or documentation do not meet the aforementioned conditions.
The right of return without reason does not apply to orders for the following product categories:
(i)Personalized products, e.g. products engraved with the customer’s initials;
(ii)Products that are privately customized for the customer according to the customer’s specifications;
(iii) Perishable or expired products;
(iv) Products that are not suitable for return or exchange due to the nature of the product (e.g. after a non-openable product such as perfume has been opened);
(v) Other products (e.g. lingerie, bathrobes, swimwear, earrings and other pierced jewelry) for which the customer has been informed at the time of submitting the order that they are not eligible for a no-excuse return due to the nature of the product or the hygiene of the product.

If the return request is accepted, we will notify you by email in the first instance and refund the payment received from you within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the returned merchandise, provided that the returned merchandise is intact and eligible for return. We will issue a refund to the appropriate payment account for the returned merchandise. Refunds will generally reach your account within 24 hours of us sending the confirmation email that the refund has been made to your account. There may be a slight delay in the refund amount reaching your account depending on the bank or payment provider’s respective processes.
If the item you are returning does not meet our return conditions, the package will be reshipped back to you with a delivery area covering the sales area.

If you wish to exchange a product purchased on Moonstreetminoy’s website, you need to contact Moonstreetminoy within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product by phone e-mail (moonstreetminoycustomerservinc@gmail.com) stating your wish to exchange the product. You must also inform the customer service staff of the product you wish to exchange (only for the same product at the same price) in which case you will pay the logistics costs incurred for the exchange. moonstreetminoy will process the exchange on a new order basis, and Moonstreetminoy does not guarantee that there will be stock of the new product you wish to receive. Moonstreetminoy reserves the right to reject the returned products and refuse the exchange if the products and packaging, labeling or documentation returned by you do not meet the conditions set forth herein.
